We train leading executives in coaching skills through our Coaching as a Leadership Strategy© (tested in global organizations for three years) so we’re always in touch with the challenges and issues faced by global business leaders. We use this ongoing experience to train our coaches, including practice coaching with typical global executive coaching scenarios in each class session.
  2. Our cutting edge certification program for external coaches has been created by thought leaders in the field of Global Executive Coaching.
  3. Our program attracts leading business personnel and intercultural
    trainers and consultants who contribute their knowledge and skills to one another and to the program as a whole.
  4. We train our coaches in advanced skills to think forward for themselves and their clients: executives, corporations, and teams
We offer standard programs (no specific requirements but we expect a certain level of background so we do have an application process – see below for downloadable form). They are based on high awareness©, “Presence Plus©” methods, are co-active and systemic and ontological in nature. You’ll get solid business and integrative learning skills, beginning-to-advanced coaching skills, global and intercultural diversity skills, research and marketing skills, as well as Certification in Team Coaching as part of your program in the longer programs.

Designed for business leaders and professionals, this “Presence Plus© - based, systemic and ontological program covers Essential-to-Advanced Executive Coaching Skills, High Awareness Coaching©, Team Coaching, Introduction to Assessments, Evaluation and Research, Ethics in Executive Coaching, Practice Development, Branding, and Marketing, Professional Distinctions between Training/Coaching/Counseling/Consulting, Integrated Change Management and Professional Coaching Ethics and other topics.

Fourteen Modules in 100 hours with:

  • Global learning team or your own company/organization learning team
  • Curriculum designed and written by thought leader Hannah S. Wilder,international author/speaker and ongoing innovator in defining field of Global and Cross Cultural Coaching
  • Interactive classes via telephone and internet from anywhere you are (In person onsite time provided if your group prefers at cost differential)
  • High Impact Teaming© Coach Certification
  • Materials in electronic form (choice to print or not)
  • Coaching practice in almost every meeting with global executive scenarios
  • Partner coaching practice program
  • Optional internship placement with supervision (priced separately)
  • 10 hours of mentor coaching (required and priced separately)
  • Eligibility for Certified Executive Coach (ECC) process
  • Graduates may be invited to join Our Global Network
  • Eligibility for many coaching association certification processes (Advantara® (Participants have been certified by ICF as ACC prior to graduation from this program. Some are PCC and preparing for MCC).
  • Your tuition for this professional program is applied toward instruction and personal attention rather than to costs associated with ordinary academic programs (real estate, large unwieldy administration, library, security systems, and other infrastructures) and yet your classes may be applied toward a PhD in Human Development and Coaching through the International University of Professional Studies (see Our Global Network, Strategic Partners)
  • Quality of instruction is both academic and practical, since our curriculum designer has highest academic credentials and honors from Harvard and MIT plus decades of business and leadership development experience.
