An outstanding thought leader and innovator in Global Executive
Coaching and a true leader in both executive coaching and coach training,
Hannah is in demand worldwide as a speaker, author, and consultant for
intercultural executive program development. Her background combines
solid business and leadership development experience with academic
training, teaching, and research, providing her with a sound basis for
promoting advanced coaching standards in global executive coaching.
Hannah has worked with executives from over 60 countries and trained
global Executive Coaches in Asia, Europe, North and South America, and
Africa. An experienced coach mentor, coach trainer and global executive coach,
Hannah has created and tested both Advantara®’s innovative Global Executive
Coach Training Program and its Global Executive Coach© Certification Program as well as the
Coaching as a Leadership Strategy© Program for Executives over several years.
She has worked as a marketing specialist in the high technology industry
for a Japanese company, and directed international publications and
conferences.
She has been awarded fellowships from the Carnegie Foundation, the
Ford Foundation, the Radcliffe Institute (two years), the Russian Research
Center at Harvard University, and was a Milton Fellow at Harvard University.
As a Research Associate at MIT’s Center for International Studies she did
research on international communication in Europe and was also Director of
Soviet Studies at Georgetown University’s Center for International Studies.
Hannah is also trained and accomplished in Executive Wellness and
alternative health strategies and has been Executive Director of an Holistic
Health Organization. She has served on the Executive Coaching Committee of
the International Coach Federation and founded its first Special Interest Group,
the Global Executive Coaching SIG. She has been a participant in the invitational Executive Coaching Summit and was the only North American
invited to the first European Executive Coaching Summit in Stresa, Italy.
She is also a prize winning poet, and for thirty years has engaged in
traditional British country dance, song, and music. She’s a member of Halsway
Manor Society, Ltd, Britain’s only residential Centre for Traditional Music and lives
in the West Country of England.

Program designed by Hannah S. Wilder to meet Advantara®’s Standards
and their development needs. They have taught under supervision and had
feedback sessions. They are also trained coaching mentors for the program. |

Irene Öhler

Irene Öhler, is an Austrian now based on her fourth continent,
in Brazil. She has been involved in human resource development
for the last 16 years as a trainer, facilitator, project manager,
consultant and executive coach in Europe, China, New Zealand,
and Brazil. Irene has coached in 4 continents over the last
5 years. She is a graduate of Coach University and of the
ADVANTARA® Global Executive Coach Training Programme.
Irene holds a Masters degree in Sinology (Chinese Studies) from
the University of Vienna, and is fluent in Mandarin, English and her
native German. As a consultant and executive coach in China her
clients comprised major multinational companies, like ANZ, BP –
lubricants, Coca Cola, DuPont, L'Oreal, Siemens, as well as smaller
local Chinese companies.

Maria Fernanda has over seventeen years’ experience in the
Human Resource and Organizational Development fields,
including extensive experience in leadership development,
identification and development of high potentials, team building
and High Impact Team© coaching, succession and change
management. She is General Manager of the Covey Leadership
Center in Ecuador, has worked for Chiquita Brands Inc and
Ericsson Corporation.
She has a degree in Industrial Psychology from Universidad
Catolica Ecuador, is a Certified Leadership Trainer by Ericsson
and a Certified Trainer by Franklin Covey. She’s also certified
in the use of DDI’s and PDI’s 360 feedback tools, the Hogan
Personality Inventories and DISC. She is fluent in Spanish and
English. As succession management manager she was an internal
client of Hannah Wilder; the two collaborated on a ground-breaking
corporate leadership development program, after which Maria
Fernanda was the first participant to register in Advantara®s
Global Executive Coach Training Programme and its second
graduate.

Barbara Chan, CPCC Executive Coach, Certified Management

facilitator, mediator with degrees in biology and psychology. Active
in the Institute of Management Consultants, ICF, Women in
Consulting, and Women’s Environmental Network, Barbara co-chairs
with Hannah ICF’s Global Executive Coaching Special Interest Group.
A resident of San Francisco, she is a writer, illustrator, workshop
leader and speaker who has worked with people from 81 countries.
Barbara has travelled, lived and spoken in Europe, West Africa,
the Americas and Asia, and is familiar with Spanish, German and
Mandarin Chinese.

Suzi Pomerantz

Suzi is an award winning coach and author of the popular book Seal
the Deal! With over 15 years of coaching and teaching experience
working with leaders and teams in over 125 organizations internationally,
including seven in the Fortune 100 List. A coaching veteran in the legal
industry, Suzi has coached leaders in six corporate law departments and
a dozen law firms, as well as in consulting, financial services, manufacturing,
hospitality, entrepreneurial enterprises, US federal and state government,
educational institutions and MBA Executive Programs. She serves in a number
of international Board of Director positions and was chair of the first ICCO
symposium in Washington DC on the Global Implications of Organizational
Coaching.
She has coached executives in the MBA program for Executives at Darden
School of Business at the niversity of Virginia. She holds a BA from UVA.,
and an MA from UVA’s Curry School of Education. She’s the author of 20
publications about coaching and business development. In 2007 she was
honoured with the Women of Achievement Award from the Business and
Professional Women’s Association and the Commission for Women in
connection with National (US) Business Women’s Week.

Sue has over twenty years of business experience in

coaching. She’s been invited to speak at many
international forums on Talent Management
and Leadership Development for the Chartered
Institute of Personnel and Development, in San
Diego, London, and Budapest, Hungary. She’s
taught on the University of Southern California
Extension Programs and served as a non-Executive
Director of the CIPD. She is currently serving as Board
Member of the HR Strategy Forum in California.
She has a degree in Education with a major
in Educational Psychology from Aberdeen University,
Scotland and also has a post graduate qualification
in Human Resource Management as well as completing
programs in Executive Education at INSEAD in France
and Harvard Business School in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
She gained her coaching credentials through the Hudson
Institute of Santa Bárbara.

Mary-Wayne Bush has over twenty years as a corporate coach and
organization development consultant. She has taught quality management
courses for Unmiversity of California, Santa Cruz. She is Director of the
Research Division of the Foundation of Coaching and an active member of
several professional societies and a frequent speaker at professional coaching
and training conferences. She is on the Editorial Board of the International
Journal of Coaching in Organizations (IJCO). She holds a Master’s degree
from Yale University and a PhD Organizational Change from Pepperdine University.
Her dissertation research is on effectiveness in executive coaching.

Drew’s background is in the high technology industry with virtual teams
and work design within distributed intelligence networks. Drew began his
technology sales career at Kodak, 3M, and Agfa and has also worked for
Toshiba America’s Computer SystemsDivision andDell Computer Corporation’s
Business Systems Sales Division, and later became the Director of ADC WorldMap,
the Desktop Mapping Division of ADCi, where he built a worldwide sales and
marketing channel and branded the first successful off-the-shelf digital atlas
data product as a personal productivity tool in the Desktop Mapping industry.
He co-founded a Business Intelligence firm serving High Technology start-ups
in the Pacific Northwest. He serves on the board of the Wisconsin Innovation
Network. Drew is also a founder of a Knowledge Age networking group called
The Hive and is currently completing the Fielding Graduate Institute’s PhD
program in Human and Organizational Systems. He has a Master Degree in
Management & Organizational Behavior with emphases in International Business
and Training & Development, a Bachelor Degree in Management & Communication,
and a Bachelor Degree in English Literature.

culture management, employee engagement, executive and team coaching and

coach with several major corporations. She is co-author of the award-winning book

and Organization Development for over twenty years. She has lectured at universities
and colleges across Canada and has 5,000 classroom hours experience. As owner of
AssessmentsNow.com, an online assessment provider, Roberta has established a network
of 40 coaches worldwide who are trained in the ethical and appropriate use of
assessments. Currently, Roberta is located in Geneva, Switzerland and makes regular
