Team coaching is a natural part of global executive coaching.
Executive leaders lead teams within and across their organizations and have relationships with other teams and stakeholders. CEOs have their Executive Teams and Boards of Directors are also teams. At Advantara® we consider skill in team coaching an integral part of global executive coaching and coach training - a way to support the team in the course of its day-to-day work to change attitudes, behaviours, emotions, and to develop success-promoting behaviours for the team and organization.

Advantara®’s graduates in our Network are Certified in High Impact ™ Teaming. Coaches certified in this approach begin by showing what the characteristics (twenty of them) of high impact© teams really are.
Based on an assessment with input from the whole team, the leader and team determine together where they stand in developing the characteristics of a high performance team and where they want to prioritize their further development. Then they select activities provided by our associates to develop those characteristics. High Impact Teaming™ not only assists teams that have challenges, but provides a well defined “North Star” so that new teams can embark on a clear development path with no time wasted in the problem resolution process. Teams and their leader are given the picture, assess themselves, and embark on a journey of inspiring development.

can support your organization in developing internal capability when you send internal coaches to the program. Or, we can set up a special internal training for your organization. Your international personnel will then be Certified as High Impact ™ Teaming Coaches

The High Impact Teaming© Coach Certification program is based on an
updated and expanded version of Cynder Niemela's book Leading High
Impact Teams: the Coach Approach to Peak Performance,
(now out of print). Our certification manual effectively replaces the book for your learning. Cynder is a Resource Faculty Member at Advantara© and has licensed our founding Director, Hannah S. Wilder, to deliver High Impact™ Teaming and to teach the certification program to her coach trainees.

This approach is extremely effective in producing long lasting results with co-located or geographically dispersed and culturally diverse teams and in aligning teams to the values and mission of your organization.
